This program is designed personally by Bill Dunn and his experienced staff. For players who are looking to bring their game to the next level and intensify their training, this program targets high school and junior varsity players. Unique drills and tournament training will prepare the players for tennis at the high-school level and beyond.
This program also focuses on the importance of tennis fitness. The group will be lead through a dynamic warm-up prior to play, as well as proper static stretching at day’s end to properly cool down. Not only does this prepare the body for exercise and aid in injury prevention, but teaches our players athletic readiness.
